I teach a variety of workshop-style classes in both Yoga and Healing Arts.

Current Events

January 29, 2012; Body of Knowledge: Anatomy-Rich Exploration of the SPINE--Lionheart Yoga Training, Seattle WA; $65 10 a.m. — 2 p.m.

  • This workshop combines lecture and asana practice to gain greater knowledge of the spine in motion.
  • Explore the anatomy and physiology of the structures that build and support the spinal column, and common injuries to these tissues.
  • Move through both subtle and dynamic asana poses to find, explore and build our awareness of the spine in motion; we’ll discuss limitations, hyper-mobility, weakness and balance.
